Charles Ng has revealed that he will be driving a Michael Essa built BMW E46 for the 2017 Formula Drift season. This marks yet another driver moving to the German built chassis for drifting. These M-series cars are fast becoming a staple in the drifting community from the grassroots tracks to the pro level. NG is a beast behind the wheel, but has been plagued with problem after problem with recent rides. It will be interesting to see if a chassis and team change can bring Charles NG a well deserved podium or two in 2017.
